iam newbie here so I need to ask question about kayak fishing in Oregon.
Anyway it might be a stupid question but I couldn't find anything about
how many rods you can use while kayak fishing. Can I use 2 rods when
I troll for trout or other fish? thanks.

You need to buy the two rod endorsement when you get your license. Then you can use two. I tried it this year from my paddle kayak and decided it was too much of a cluster****  but would probably be fine from a Hobie where you have both hands free. I am not doing it again. I think the endorsement is only good for lakes and not rivers.

And a reminder that the two rod license is only for lakes and reservoirs.  Does not include rivers, creeks, or ocean within Oregon boundaries.
