It says semi-dry suit ..... What's the difference between that and a dry suit?

From my research, the "semi-dry" is just fine for kayak fishing where you head (mostly) stays above water thanks to your PFD. If you're whitewater kayaking and doing rolls, tumbling around in an icy cold washing machine, etc, then you want the latex neck gasket.
