Talking to a guy on another forum recently and he did a bang up job of wiring his PA with full running lights, a bus bar for multiple electronics etc. All LED btw. then he drops this on me;

So if you're looking for an alternative to the larger units, this might be viable for you.

I think this type of tech is exactly what can push the google glass type things as long as they were cheaper.  Vexilar was running some promo and I actually got a free one shipped to me to test.  Need to install it.

Good is its tiny.  Bad, is the shortest lasting electronics onboard already is my phone.  But I like the fact that your sonar readings get uploaded and it makes the charts even more accurate.  The only limitation I see so fa is its 250ft depth limit.  But that should be fine for 90% of the fishing i do.

Will report once I try it out.
