Well the pressure is off. I hooked into this guy last night after work. This was the first time I had to fight a fish in the middle of a powerboat zoo. Everyone gave me plenty of room and cheered me on, so it all worked out good.

Awesome looking fish! It looks toothy and mean in the first photo.
Looks like you got on the board with a dandy! Keep it up.

Way to go Rummy!
My wife thinks fishing is merely guys wandering around like idiots swinging sticks in the air. Many of my trips prove how smart she really is.

Congrats.  That first one is always the hardest.

Man.............can I ever relate to that statement. Still trying but 0 for 5 so far....

  Good job Rummy

Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Congrats on the big one. I'm 0-2, but like it's said; you aren't fishing unless you have your line in the water.
