Official 2015 Oregon Rockfish Classic Registration and Details

Height/weight is for classes/rentals where we supply boats- automatically mandatory, thanks all for playing along!

We are at 50 folks registered as of this morning and I have gotten the first Donation Shipment notifications so will start updating the prize list with solid information from each company as soon as it starts rolling in.

Also stay tuned for potluck info- it will be rolling out before weeks end as we will be meeting Wednesday to discuss event details including food!

Also secured a few new prizes and some custom awards that I am sure everybody will love.

Thanks all for your patience- we should start seeing some of the more exciting stuff in the coming week or so!

Sorry guys, immediately following our planning meeting last week I left for a Memorial service in San Diego and just got back in town.  Taco feed info is posted in separate thread now.

Actually maybe I'm mistaken. Is the captians bag for everyone? And the captians meeting?

Yes, the captain's bags are for each competitor in the tournament. Captain's meeting is where we usually discuss all the pertinent info of the tournament, e.g. safety stuff, plan of events, acknowledge sponsors, etc.

I know this should have been done earlier, but here is a list of previous ORC threads or threads with info on Depoe Bay.  If this is your first ORC: Please take some time and read through some of these.  Some of the pages are full of useless B.S. or trash talk,  but there are plenty of helpful posts in there as well.  If anyone finds more threads that would be helpful or more safety/general Depoe Bay info that they would like to contribute, feel free to share. I'll post up more threads as I find them and I'm happy to answer questions until I get on the road on Thursday evening.

Any one know if Hoggs will be there again, selling tackle?   Or is there any where to get some new Lancer jigs? 

Tony and Terry of Lancer Jigs will be at ORC this year. I'm not sure if they are going to be at Chinook Bend, but they have confirmed that they will be hanging out. I would imagine they will have some jigs for sale

I picked up a few lancers last year at ORC.  I plan on grabbing a few more this year.

Fish-Field will be set up at the campground, selling some last minute gear. Swimbaits, lead fish jigs, hooks, also a few rods and reels to look at.
