Been working on my new Ocean Prowler Big Game 2. Built a cart for it. Works OK slides around a little. Built a scupper cart for my wife's outback. Slides in and out and tracks great. So was going to build one for the prowler. Call Ocean to see what they thought. Scupper tubes are to thin and rubbing might cause a leak. My fix? 1 1/4" PVC thin wall fits tight on the bottom of the scupper hole. a little loose at the top. 1" schedule 40 slides into the 1 1/4".  So could use same pipe as Outback. Was thinking of filling the gap between scupper hole and pipe with 5 min. epoxy? Anybody try this . Good or bad idea. Use something different to fill gap? Thanks

Get a C-Tug its a little pricey but well worth it in the long run. Fish with me soon and you can try mine out.

I did the same thing to my Big Game 2. I used some plastic pipe like you did. It was a little loose at the top so I heated the pipe with a heat gun and opened the upper part a little larger with a wine bottle so the tube fits nice and snug. Then I coated them with some silicone gasket maker to keep it in place. I used silicone as I want the liners removable if needed.

I think it makes the scupper holes pretty bomb proof as they are pretty thin on most yaks...

Im thinking silicon to install it would give some rubber cushion to the hull

My thoughts exactly...and with gasket maker type silicone the scupper liners are removable without a lot of hassle.
