Really liking your cart, Insayn. Where did you scare up the 3/4-inch aluminum axle?

Built this one with parts from HD and tires from HF. $35.00. Works for me. I can roll it up to the back window of my 4 runner and slide it in.

I do a fair amount of metal work on my free time and have three great metal fabrication shops less than 10 mins from my place that I source my metal from.
If you can find a metal fabrication shop in your area, good chance they sell metal stock as well by the foot, or remnants by the pound.

I have a Wheeleez mini I'm willing to part with. A balloon tire one and does break down and will to fit in large hatch. This is the mini- not the big one. I've only used it twice. http://www.wheeleez.com/kayak-cart-mini.php. Not a nice as the big ones but good for smaller boats or those on a budget.
I have this one and the best feature is that I can stow it in the front hatch of my revo.  It's right there when you land!

This is my latest version of my cart.  I went to Golf cart wheels because they are wide and extremely light. I also learned that the light copper, red label,  is too soft. It will bend under pressure. The heavier copper tubing, blue label, works just fine.
