There were about 50 boats total.  There were not many kayakers though.  Hopefully next year we can get a better turn out.

Definitely going to do it again next year, but I want to enter a team. Entry fee is a little higher, but would love to show the power boaters what a team of yakers can do.  Anyone interested?

This could be interesting. I may be interested.  I wonder if spreading out to different stretches of the river would be legal?

I could be in for that too. I might be an asset. and it sounds like fun.
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Welcome Baja, I'm up for a team entry, too.
