It's killing me knowing you guys are out there right now. Go get 'em! Pictures! Video!

No easy to get to pictures for me and very slow day for me 2 underlings one rock fish and someone let me land his rock fish so I took 2 home. Had a blast and here's the participants,Insayn,Minnowmagnet, Monkeyfist, Willbd,junehogs +guest ?" Terrible with names sorry" Kwik, nobaddays and wife,finfan myself hope I didn't miss anyone.

Did any of you troll for salmon?

Yes we did myself and Monkeyfist as well as junehogs and guest, Kwik reported an early release WAY out there in dory land I believe Minnowmagnet did as well but nothing got brung home. Couple of the dory guys told me 300 + fow and they were few and far between. Guess they all ran up River and spawned already, must have missed them by that much

Wow, what a day!   Gravy surf both going out, as well as coming in.  Ocean was very nice, just enough swell to remind you that you are on the salt nothing more.  Noonish the wind started, but it really didn't flare up much beyond a good breeze. 

I was going to just target my Ling limit, and then go do some crabbing with my 3 Crab Hawk traps.  Turns out I ended up getting my 2 Lings and 5 chunky blacks.  I wasn't even going to keep blacks today (I hate filleting them), but they kept jumping on the hook. 

This means I diddled around too long and didn't get my traps wet. 

Maybe next time I'll get some crab!

Next time we're hitting Tillamook bay bring some crab pots and your frozen pole. It's a hoot with 3 bay rocks on a trout pole at the same time. Was great fishing with you look forward to the next time.

Salmon fishing sucked!  Ha ha.  The only action I got was from a small silver that spit the hook at 170 feet of water.  I trolled out to 240 fow then trolled back in without any more action.
