Klootchy creek to Seaside steelhead

Has anyone put in at Klootchy Cr. off HWY 26 and floated down to Seaside? Steelhead seasons about to start and was thinking about giving it a try.  Also wanted to try the Necanicum estuary. That's where they come in. Also can drop crab pots there. Has anyone tried it?

I have but not on a kayak did not catch any but saw them jump

Keep checking crab safety.  They just shut down the season in California.
