New to site and kayaking

Hello,  name is Jose Diaz, I am new to the site and to kayaking.  I just got a kayak for Christmas and excited to go out and use it.  I love fishing and also have a 20ft boat.
Model of the kayak:  Ocean TETRA kayak it measures 12ft and a couple inches.  I live in Tigard and visit Hagg Lake with my boat, then in the summer spend most of my time in Nehalem Bay.
Looking to meet and possibly go out with some of you whether a lake or ocean (Pacific City).
