Team Challenge: Junk Jigs rules posted pics begin

Well if all goes as planned bring them to Depoe I'm trying to get Saturday to work for me at Depoe and anyone that's not on the teams is impartial to me after all there's no incentive to cheat. If I can't make it I know dampainter will be there

I would, but Saturday is an introduction to the food chain for my son.  I don't want to limit my day to junk jigs as I am also grocery shopping to fill the freezer. We're low on the other white meat.

Looking like I'm not going to be able to get my arse down there Friday or Saturday so if your going bring them!
If your not then the next ocean trip that you have a witness take them and fish lots of pictures and we're doing this AOTY style (honor system) with no prize of any kind I'm guessing we won't be worried about cheaters, length and weight (if possible) of your junk jig fish.

Let's just see what the junk jigs can attract, and be less worried about any competition this round.  Logistics just aren't there yet and we are burning up season trying to get everyone on the water at the same time.


So, we can all just drown our creations anytime this season, and make a point to come back and each tell/show how it went.

This winter we can fiddle with making smaller junk jigs and do the TBJD with them.

Tillamook bay . Junk day on the bay.

Well Tillamook Bay Junk Day does sounds good.
I was actually referring to the date as in previous years it was Tillamook Bay May Day.
2017 it is scheduled for June, thus my reference Tillamook Bay June Day.   

Either one works. 

 

Well shit guys, I would love to come out and show you all how to catch fish with a little junk but cant make it out in time...ha....I know mine will catch fish, so someone go give em a shot!! Whenever that may be..lol
