Nice job! I was hoping to see another successful post or two. It sure felt like a fishy day. I heard of a few other fish hooked in my neck of the woods but didn't see anything. The kayaks did well. Of course, this dberd fellow gets a fish almost every time he goes out so this is no surprise.

Once again Dberd scores way to go man!  Did you pickup MM's flasher on the troll? Gotta love that bright white belly on those Willy springers.

Sweet! Thanks for sharing about your gear. I'm not real knowledgeable on salmon - is the double flasher a unique thing or do lots of folks do that in dirty water?

Thanks,Redbeard!
I've always felt it was unnecessary to double up,but it was dirty, and felt it couldn't hurt. These were small  1$  blank flashers that I taped myself....the plan was go shallow and stick em on the floor. ..wasn't too worried  about losing them. Who knows...both Hugh and Minnowmagnet  have caught fish recently without.
Have seen others doing it, probably stick with it,lol

Where do $1 blank flashers come from?

Congrats! Looks like it's about time to dust off the gear and try once again. BTW It's hard to keep expectations in check when you have these sweet posts!
My wife thinks fishing is merely guys wandering around like idiots swinging sticks in the air. Many of my trips prove how smart she really is.
