I can come and help out.  I will have the kiddos with me so I will be helping out from the shore but I can bring my outback and rods if you need extra...

Do we need extra yaks? I can bring a couple. Maybe three if I break out Ol' Woody. Hmmm...I wonder if I still have a transducer in it?

Better yet, I have never caught an oversized sturgeon in my inflatable.

Don't go to the ramp!

Follow Sauvie Island Rd (approx 12 miles) until the pavement ends and we'll have some signs up with the HOW logo. The approximate address is 29242 Northwest Sauvie Island Road, Portland, OR 97231

No ramp?  Is this the area on Sauvie referred to as "the edge"? Not sure about being able to launch my PA with no ramp. Would it be better to just leave it at home and plan on just helping out from shore?  Let me know what would work best.

Extreme low or high water could force us down to the ramp, but it sounds like the levels are good to launch up the river closer to where the fish are holding.
