Hello,

After reading many of the posts as  guest I decided it was time to join as a real member.

Born and raised in Oregon and transplanted to Anchorage, Alaska in 2007. Best decision every... aside from getting married.

I have spent years fishing the salt chasing salmon and halibut in larger boats. Now I am looking forward to converting that knowledge to fishing from a kayak.

My wife and I have opened a small business in Anchorage with a focus on renting and selling products related to camping, fishing, hiking, and kayaking.

I am looking forward to making many new friends from this site.

The Alaska plastic navy continues to grow.  Plenty of people here to help with the transition to small craft fishing.
