Just stuffed 7 cases of Ninkasi bottled ice cold adult beverages into the cooler. I'm thinking we might need 2 XXlarge coolers of ice , kinda like the one Crabbycabby done bring us last year. 
Since I gots a sweet tooth and an extra sweet wife she will be baking up something fresh in the desserts department not sure what she's fixin to fix but she's fixin it!!!!

I will also be making a run to cash and carry in south salem before heading to the coast. They are donating a 25 dollar gift certificate so we can get a nice tri tip for the BBQ. Is there any other things we need that people have not volunteered for?

I also have a burner and propane tank ill be bringing so we can boil/cook a bit faster.

We still need some oil for the fryer. I have a propane fish fryer I'm bringing. Still need buns and cheese for burgers/BBQ sandwiches.

ok just picked up more then we probably need off all my stuff, and then I got two 5 pound bricks of cheddar cheese and pepperjack!
