Katy Rowe - missing person since 4/17 - Depoe Bay

Hey mods I was going to put this in the shorebreak but want the public to be able to view it, so move it wherever.

Katy Rowe was last seen leaving the Wing-Wa bar at 02:00 on 4/17 heading to her home on the south side of town. Some of you may remember meeting her grandpa Walt at ORC. He came up with the director of Neighbors For Kids Toby Winn. Walt and Katy are longtime volunteers.
