Ok edited: we're doing a question and answer, info day for the general public at Garibaldi Days Saturday July 23. I'd like to have at least 4 different style sot's and I'll provide my big tuna and the wife's native mariner all boats will be fully rigged on the ground/wheels/stand and I'd like to include the following Hobies , Outback, Revolution, Pro Angler, and if someone wants to bring one a tandem Hobie. An adventure island would be awesome but I know there are few of those if one of you sailors can come let me know.

Interested, what are the dates for Garibaldi Days?

I had three separate chats with people seeing my "little boat" at my tent site.  We definitely drew some attention last weekend.

Shannon, you should reach out to DJ at Nestucca Adventures - he's your nearest Hobie dealer and a heck of a nice guy. I bet he'd love to be involved, bring boats out, etc. Give me a holler if you need his contact info.

So this would be for Saturday July 23 say 9-11 am then the parade runs then 1-3 if we can get 2-4 volunteers for both those times I'll try to get it together and I'm not sure I'll be able to cover a slot if TLW is still recovering or the tend to one of her herniated disks before, Let's make sure we get enough help so someone isn't having to cover the whole time.

Good stuff Mojo!  I'm hoping to be able to do something like this but on a much smaller scale in Alaska! 

If my schedule works out I would be willing to help.

Put me down also.  I have that Saturday off.  I can bring the whole fam damily and make a day of it.

This will be kayaks on display on land for Q&A and most likely set up during  the parade and just be there for the afternoon. So 6 volunteers should be enough.

Got the approval from the city and port to  set up next to the fish cleaning station. So post up if you can make it. We will be doing this in the  afternoon Saturday July 23rd only and if I would like to get enough volunteers so nobody needs to be there more then an hour each.

I'll be bringing my Outback.  I have a Ocean Kayak Malibu II XL that I can bring too if needed.  I don't really have much for it as far as outfitting goes though.
