Hello,
My name is Al. I live in Alaska and I'm in the market to buy a kayak specifically for fishing. I figured this would be a great forum to join for useful info and receive good recommendation.

I fish a lot during the summer, mostly bank fishing, but I have never fished from a kayak and I thought it looked quite appealing.

Looking forward to meeting fellow Alaskans and it's great to be here.

Thanks

Welcome Al!  It works amazingly well here in Southcentral Alaska.  Are you in this area?  It only gets better from here through the middle of November!  If you are in the area, I wrote down some quick tips on fishing mainly the locations on the Kenai Peninsula where I fish most of the time since I grew up in Kenai.  http://AlaskaKayakFisher.com

Let us know how we can help ya out!
