Coon shrimp /prawn cure

What do you use.??

Hmmmm, I have never tied to cure shrimp.
 I used to cure chicken or beef liver with strawberry-banana jello. 
 It colors, flavors and smells nice, maybe try that before some fancy brand of commercial cure....or maybe not.
