New member located in Salem, OR

Hello everyone,

First time member but long time visitor of NWKA. I reside in Salem Or.

I have a couple seasons under my belt attempting to become a real fisherman and just recently decided to up my game by purchasing my first fishing kayak.

I'm looking forward to learning much more about this sport, meeting new people with similar interests and catching more Bass...

Welcome!! There's a small but dedicated contingent of us here that really like Bass Fishing (notice I didn't say catching) it's too bad you just missed the Bonneville Bass Bonanza last weekend, but I am sure there will be plenty of opportunities for more fishing.

Welcome, good to see some new people from Salem.  I'm not into bass fishing but let me know when your ready to hit the salt.

Ive never kayaked in salt water but I'm willing to set the hook  on anything lurking under water .... and I'll do my best to participate in these fishing events as well.

next weekend I'll be going to Henry hagg for some fishing mixed I hope with some catching as well.
