No, it takes you to a Lowrance Hook 3X.  Adjust your semi-smartphone.   

I recently had a warranty repair on my Lowrance Elite and they checked to see where I bought it.  At $75, it's a great price, but it pays to be sure the seller is a retailer if you ever need warranty service.

It does say Garmin for the brand in the item specifics section.
