If the bar is open to small craft it's a go.  At least that's what I'd think.

That would make perfect sense.  The ORC has been held in a bunch of different kinds of snotty conditions.  Wind, Swell and Fog all come to mind.  Part of the challenge is in being able to effectively fish in whatever conditions we're blessed with.
