If you are going to fish off-shore, this website has the nautical charts available to view online.

That's a good site. I was using the noaa chart viewer:

http://www.charts.noaa.gov/OnLineViewer/ChartViewer.htm

Sailvector zooms in more, i like it. You can print out the section you want too and take it with you for reference.

Awesome site Jay!  Thanks!!!
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  --Mark Twain

hmm, so I guess you have to look at the legend on each individual chart to check for feet or fathoms. Most of the ones i looked at were in feet

Unfortunately, NOAA did some updating so that site is no good.  Here is the new one.

Also add it to my signature if anyone ever needs it.

Nice site.

I saved one of the photos so that I can take it with me Sturgeon fishing.  Who on here wants to take a look at it and help me figure out a few places to drop some bait?

I'd rather do it via PM.

Thanks all.
