Hi guys,

Just picked up a Hobie Sport and want to install a fishfinder.  What are your thoughts on Lowrance hook3x model for salmon fishing in the ocean and river?

many thanks,

Haven't used the hook was looking at them but bought an elite 5ti instead. I like big screen. I also should mention that I have a humminbird 383c color GPS dual band sonar for sale with pelican battery box.
