Sunset Bay AOTD food thread

Use this thread to post up what you will be bringing for the potluck dinner so we don't have too much of one thing. We will be having a fish fry/taco feed so stuff for that would be good. Main need would be tortillas/shells, sauces, paper products, utensils  and such.

I'll be bringing the UFO to fry the tortillas.
And
4 boxes of Pride of the West.

We'll need some batter buckets of some sort. Cheap Dollar Tree plastic containers should work.

What size batter bowls - roughly?

Something around a gallon capacity.  This will give us room to stir up the batter and load with fish.   I believe they have some round bowls with lids about that size that look like the ZipLock brand.

Well, the list is pretty short at this point as you can see.  Feel free to throw down something tasty, it's a potluck.

We can bring a cucumber-corn salad.

Have 3 of the gallon size bowls but no lids.

I will bring the bowls and a bunch of tortillas. Any idea how many we should need? Not sure what numbers we'll be seeing at the event.
