Hi all,
My name is Ulises and I live in the Bay Area.
I love fishing but have very little experience on a kayak. Recently bought a wetsuit so plan on getting into that as well. I fish Santa Cruz, Monterey, and HMB(half moon bay) hope to you see you guys out on the water sometime. 🏼️🏼️

Tight lines to all!

Also hook up with NCKA, because  unless your driving up to Oregon or Washington you most likely won't see us on the water this far away.

I'm right about half way between Santa Cruz and Tillamook Bay.  You should all come to Trinidad Rockfish Wars or Gimme Shelter in Humboldt County California. Or maybe we can put together a great kayak takeover of the Chetco bubble fishery.  Kiet (bluegill) and I thought that would be a great idea. With no organized kayak events between Trinidad and Sunset bay there is a whole lot of unfamiliar and relatively unexplored territory for urban based kayak anglers.

A lot of people around here will ask "which one?" when someone says they are from the Bay Area is it isn't clear that someone is referring to the SF bay or Coos Bay/North Bend.

Sorry crash to be more specific the SF Bay Area, and unexplored territory sounds like real fun, I love a place that hasn't been fished much more natural and less polluted

hey uliss, im from medford or, and there is a few places around here that sell many diferent yaks, but after doing a ton of research, and trying out a few of them, kinda got my mind (and heart) set on a hobie outback, and as crash said, not a lot of yakers from brookings and south, im sure there are some out there but as of yet, not as popler as other areas further north and further south, hope to be hitting some of those areas soon.

I remember that well.  It's when I found out that Vic doesn't like turtles.  That was pretty devastating.  I still haven't forgiven him.

You didn't like me very much.  Hope that's all water under the bridge now.  I don't hold grudges.  As long as you like turtles I mean.  If you don't like turtles, then we can't be friends.

I never disliked anyone crash and the past is a distant memory. I have many new friends that are actually part of NCKA and 9-10 are awesome and that 1-10th just kinda keeping to himself but still friendly. I've met most of them out on the water. All ages all races all awesome human beings. Vic and CDM are awesome guys though

IP check to make sure that Ulises and CDM aren't roommates/cousins/thesameperson?  Seems fishy. I thought we kept Antonio away from here. This is a safe space.
