Looks like the only decent day(at this point) is sunday for some cod fishing at Sunset. Gonna try to get out there and try to catch a couple lings, i hear they are back on the bite. Getting time to break out the cold weather gear and catch some big momma lings!!


SUN...N WIND 10 TO 15 KT...EASING TO 5 TO 10 KT IN THE AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 3 FT IN THE MORNING...BECOMING 2 FT OR LESS. W SWELL 4 TO 5 FT.

The lings should be coming in shallow pretty soon (Nov-Feb).   Of course they're coming in shallow to spawn so catch and release isn't a bad idea.

The lings should be coming in shallow pretty soon (Nov-Feb).   Of course they're coming in shallow to spawn so catch and release isn't a bad idea.

no fishing. Wasn't that good Sunday, so just kicked back, then on Monday when it was supposed to be rough, i found out is was flat.By the time i heard that, it was starting to get windy, so i missed the boat..
