Hello from NorCal

Hi everybody!  My name is Bret Freitas and I'm a longtime member of NCKA (NoSoupForU) that lives in Paradise, CA.  I've fished from the kayak in salt and freshwater, but my interest have altered a bit over the years to fishing for trophy size trout  I'm looking forward to reading and learning from some of your post and contributing where I can.  Hopefully, we can fish together sometime!

Welcome! I've spent a lot of time in that area, I've got family in Butte Creek Canyon and I went to CSU Chico. I wished I had discovered kayak fishing when I was still in the area! Seem like a lot of good options.

I was born and raised in Chico and have family in Paradise as well, in fact one of my biggest trout ever caught was one 5+ lbs out of paradise lake oddly enough.... Welcome to the forums!
