Cant read evidently

Ok, so looking at the Washington state regs for salmon in area 8-2. Thinking I want to salmon fish but the regs dont say anything about what I can retain I think... Anyone savy on this? I hate the reg book mostly so maybe its just a block on my part. I think I just need things black and white. (which it may be) and the state to get a budget in place so they open the thing.

If i'm reading this correctly, the only place you can retain salmon at the moment in area 8-2 is the Tulalip Terminal Area Fishery. Two fish(any salmon), Chinook must be 22". Starting Aug. 1st you can fish the Possession Point Fishery and Nov. 1st for the rest of the area.

Ok, that kinda makes sense, I thought thats what it meant, so, no salmon fishing down south of there in 8-2... Plan B then... LOL, Thanks for the help.

The Tulalip bubble fishery is only open Saturday through noon on mondays.  It can be a hot in the morning and evenings, and has a few good kayak launch spots.  I'll be trying to get out there Monday morning if I can.
