The C-Tug is a nifty one. I used one last summer when hauling all of us (4-6 people) to the water & didn't want to muck around with changing the width on the scupper pup cart. worked well in a variety of terrains. One thing I'd like to change is the strapping system so I could get a tighter cinch. easy to do, I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

The Molly cart I haven't been real impressed with. The deep v shape hasn't matched well to anything other than my touring boats, and the non-air wheels really only work on paved surfaces. With that said, if someone wants a cheap cart, I'll sell mine for $30. I don't think I've used it in two  years.

Unfortunately, we don't carry Wheeleez. I use a Paddleboy Scupper Pup cart, It does great on most surfaces, and good in packed sand, but does struggle in deeper sand. The Wheeleez I saw at Pacific City seemed to do well, and I've heard good things about them from guys here & other places. If Next or Alder Creek have them, both those shops are good places to start. I'll see about getting them added to our lineup for this spring.

I looked at the Molly, but many of the reviews complained about its structural integrity/ shape retention under load... basically the cart bows under the weight of a loaded SOT kayak and the tires get a nasty negative camber.  :-\

oy, not good. especially the negative camber. and reading alkasazi's follow on post, it makes sense that it doesnt work well with fish yaks.

If only I could get a cat with the saddles of the C-tug with the tires of the Wheeleez.

I have a hard time saddling my cat too. He always runs off when I try to cinch up the girth. :-\

Actually I'm playing with an idea for low-budget Wheeleez stylee tires adn wheels. Stay tuned.....

(I spend waaaay too much time thinking instead of fishing)

The saddle is probably the part of carts that is the most tricky to fit right. Since yaks have so many different shapes and sizes, making one that takes care of all of them is probably close to impossible. Having options of different saddle styles would be cool. My Adventure fits pretty well on the Wheelez cart but I think it's because of it's narrowness @ 27.5".

i like the paddle boy carts myself. the seattle sports folding cart always seems to buckle on me. one to many times with the FG boat, and i'll never use them again.

i have 4 that the straps busted on and i retied with static cord.....free to anyone who wants them (they suck!)

personaly, i shoulder carry my sit on with the thigh straps...can i get an AMEN for designers of SOT's to do something better for carrying besides the luggage handle?!?!?!?!

i like the wheelez, but we don't sell them at alder creek (just paddle boy and seattle sports)

the paddle boy is solid, but doesn't have the balloon tire option.

i think portland kayak co. sells the wheelez carts....503-459-4050....i think the link is http://www.portlandkayak.com

I think it's in Portugal, but don't hold me to that. Look near the bottom of the page.

You know, you really should avoid mortar attacks (as well as bricks)

To add some vaguely useful content and avoid total asshatdom, I believe that Next Adventure had the wheeleeze carts in PDX
