Oh man, times burning out for the '08 AOTY and if anyone's gonna pull in that last fish/es to boost themselves up they're gonna have to man up in this weather.

AOTY '08 looks to be ending in a real nailbiter since one good fish could shift the placing all over the place. Now where was I going fishing on Sat again..

Friday: Rain likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 38.

This weather has been driving me crazy.  When will it stop.  I have been waiting patiently but time is running out.  Must get out and fish.

10" of snow is no big deal, over here. It was the -20F temps that were killer!!

I'm on a mission to break 1000! 

I hit a coastal river the day before this hit but got chased off by high winds and frozen fingers.  The drift anchor worked like a dream however. 
If it's not snowing next weekend, you'll find me backing plugs down chutes or tossing jigs and yarnflies under bobbers.

This year...I must fold, sadly.
 I was really thinking I could add up some points with the AOTY this year. I was very anxious to fish much more this year.
 As it stands, I will not yet be released from the Dr. to paddle before the end of the year. Never posting a point, I still feel that I got every penny's worth of my entry fee.
 If not for the winner, for the whole of NWKA.
 Y'all make my mornings at times and have saved me lotsa headaches when it comes to rigging.

I'm out of the water until February. I'll be out ski touring and camping in the 3 Sisters Wilderness with the wife and a bunch of college students. Stay Warm and safe.
