Not ideal right now, but wondering if anyone has plans to hit the ocean. Tuesday looks even better. (for now)

I got some freezer space, I’m not real close to Depoe though. And no I won’t eat your fish.  :banjo:

Dry ice will freeze your fillets if you have a way to vacuum pack. You could also use dry ice on whole fish; bled, gutted & zip-locked in clean seawater (preferred) or a non-chlorinated light brine.
I reserved a campsite at Bastendorff County Park for the low tides, 6/4 thru 6-7.

Round trip, mapquest puts me 1hour 16 minutes but I have drove it in an hour.
Edit: I also have a vacuum packer if you bring some bags. Might have one for sale in a few days, gotta check with the father in law but I think he said sell it.

You just need one of these: https://www.homedepot.com/p/GE-Garage-Ready-7-0-cu-Ft-Manual-Defrost-Chest-Freezer-in-White-FCM7SKWW/206943524?MERCH=REC-_-NavPLPHorizontal1_rr-_-NA-_-206943524-_-N

They hold ice way longer than a yeti and are way cheaper.  Mine has held ice for four years straight now.  I load it in my van and bring it to salmon camp and plug it in at the campsite.  People thought I was weird at first, until they came to my campsite to store their fish. ;)

Or a smaller one. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-5-0-cu-ft-chest-freezer-white/8390036.p?skuId=8390036&ref=212&loc=1&extStoreId=451&ref=212&loc=DWA&gclid=CjwKCAjwiZnnBRBQEiwAcWKfYpolM6lhlkS8npml3XApotolHBM-2uYb0nLdhPBbiOMHXDf-D4_9dxoCdVkQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Those chest freezers can often be had for free-fifty sometimes on craigslist/offerup/letgo/facebook Marketplace. If not free undoubtedly you can find one for $50 or so.

Modest chance I will try to get to PC Monday. Outside chance of somewhere Thursday. If there was a decent chance for a salmon Depot Thursday would be interesting
