Tuesday is looking like a good Ray day!  I lost a wrist gasket on my Kokatat yesterday at the HOW-NOC event so I need to pull out my Mythic for a back-up and look it over.  If its good then I will be there Tuesday.  :icon_thumright:
I got a wetsuit you could try to squeeze into!

The good salmon fishing continues.....hooked 4 today, landed 3, took one home.  Water temp about 52 off shore, perfect.

You've convinced me to head north tomorrow :). This will be my first time fishing out of PC. Do the dories and kayakers park in generally separate areas on the beach? Or is it mostly the same area?

You can park right next to the dory rigs.  Sand is pretty soft right now and the tide is high early tomorrow morning, but if your comfortable driving on soft sand it should not be a problem.  Just put a “ kayak launching” note on your dash, does not have to be anything fancy.

Been out of PC but not for salmon. Mooching, fish flash and herring or Brads cut plug, bologna and Velveeta or it doesn't matter  :)

Copy that, thanks. My truck is a F150 with 4x4 and good tires. Handles most sand and snow pretty well, but I'll be on the lookout for soft areas.

Sometime it feels like they'll hit anything or nothing at all.  In my experience they love anchovies but herring also does well.  Just make them smaller than green label herring. Rig 'em whole or plug cut.  Brads also work.  Spoons and hoochies work except when they don't. :D  Yes on flashers but not a requirement.

Yes, bottom fishing has been a bit slow lately, unusual for June. But crabbing has been good.

Let’s get after some salmon!

Nice clayman, drop on the beach and go right, see ya in the morning, I’ll be with T Coastal in the Tacoma with my yak trailer on, look for the tall skinny guy (not me) and the short wide guy(me) in wetsuits. I’ll be rock fishing only. T Coastal will be salmon fishing.

I’ve just started taking meds, and they aren’t agreeing with my stomach. Going to have to skip today. Good luck to you all. :-(

The ocean looks beautiful today from the webcam (from behind me desk :(.....) with a nice crowd out on the water. Looking forward to the reports!
