New member in Tualatin

Hello! I've been kayak fishing for a few years - mostly lakes and rivers within a couple of hours of the Portland area. Been crabbing out at Netarts Bay once and hope to get more experience fishing/navigating in bays and maybe work up enough courage to hit the ocean someday.

I've been picking up tips from this forum for a while and finally got around to joining. I appreciate the shared knowledge! Could anyone tell me how to sign up for AOTY for 2020? Doubt I'll break six species, but I enjoy the challenge of multi-species fishing and learning new techniques. Just bought my first dry-suit and hope to break it in next week (if it doesn't strangle me first).

As far as I know, the AOTY isn't set up for 2020 yet.  It wont get set up for a little while yet.  Keep an eye on here and I'm sure the good folks in charge of it will announce when it is up and ready for registration.

You can start participating in AOTY2020 January 1. We always allow 2 weeks grace at the beginning of the year. We will be using the same entry method as previous years, which is to make a donation to HOW and then PM me a screenshot of your confirmation or receipt. Create an account on the AOTY site, and I'll mark you as paid in the system.

I'll try to get a 2020 post up in the next few days. I'm looking forward to seeing your entries come in!
