Well, we didn't quite get as many people as expected. I think we ended up with 8 people. The swell was bigger then forecasted but it was doable, so we pedaddled out.

I finally got my first Oregon "Keeper" Cabezon, right at 16 inches. Caught some blacks, a couple greenling and an underling, no big lings.

Martin huli'd and lost two poles, no leashes, i bet next time i see him he will. The second pic is martin after the mishap. At least he still has a smile on his face.Luckily the poles were just cheap ones.

I think everyone caught something, with Dave catching the biggest fish, a Ling at 24 inches.

See ya on the water..

I don't think I have caught a Cabezon yet, good job Roy.  What a turn out.  If this keeps up, you are going to have to host a tournament this summer at Sunset.

Another beautiful day at Sunset Bay. I ended up with 3 blacks and a ling, my first ever out of the kayak. Roys secret ling spot paid off!

The first pic is Merlin on the outside. The second is Roy with his catch of the day, and the third is Blue Trident catching bait.

Nice Ling Dave, You got little brother... I didn't get to see it out there.

Good job gettin off the skunk, Jesse

Turns out that only Dale and Zac didn't make it. I never really saw Wayne, I guess he was cruising by so fast with his electric motor he didn't see me.  Paul showed up later, never saw him either. How'd ya do Paul?

were just getting started down here!! Kayak fishing is on fire, I see twenty Kayak Anglers out there in not so long..... :headbang:

KT:
I don't eat Greenling that often, but there good eating, not as firm as Cod and Ling... Good to see ya in The AOTY KT!, Go get 'em.
See ya on the water..
