I am the kayak angler formerly known as "skayaker" who lost the login credentials from said account and kind of when you loose a fish by the boat, as much as I tried to get them back I just couldn't. I live in Seattle, fish mainly the salt for anything/everything that bites, claws or lurks under what keeps my kayaks afloat. I have way too many kayaks, but fish mainly a 12ft yellow nucanoe, a green tarpoon 160 or a 16 ft homemade wood kayak (pictured in the profile). When not fishing, I am thinking, dreaming or working on fish/fisheries. Hope everybody is staying safe in this smoked, pandemic and otherwise challenging world of ours. Tight lines!

What fisheries are you in?

A bit of everything, from shellfish to large pelagic finfish in both hemispheres. I am a fish scientist, some work is with computer models and data, some "work" is catching, tagging and studying fish, some is working with fishermen and managers. Are you also in fisheries? PM me if more appropriate, have not been in the site for a while, not sure if we will bore other people!

Thank you YakHunter! Below some more info/pics on that kayak when I first joined this site back in 2010 (before losing my credentials!)

You got me there Pixster, I have multiple-yak-personality-disorder, too many as far as I hear from my better half...
Good to be back in the forum, even under a slightly different name!
