Just wanted to show everyone how I carry to kayaks on my Jeep Wrangler. If you had any questions please feel free to leave a comment below!

This loading and unloading method should apply to most fishing kayak brands. After purchasing the stinger I was having trouble loading it head first. The stinger kept snagging on the transducer hole and Pedal drive hole so I learned that it was easier to do backwards!

Great video, sweet Jeep, and you got a great rack (on the Jeep).

Here's a similar product that I've used that suctions to the roof or back window https://www.rei.com/product/853261/seattle-sports-sherpak-boat-roller

I still have the seawing with the stinger, retracts back in. My big tuna would dent on the pads so I took two cedar slats counter sunk lag bolts into it and bolted them on the pads, put the boat on and let them settle then tighten it all down. Once I went trailer the seawing came off.

I was looking into this type of option My friend uses something like that from malone but when he installs it you really have to make sure the suction cups and glass is really clean. He says he has had 2 incidents with it falling off while loading the yak.

I used to used a home made suction cup loader (with 4 big suction cups) when I was car topping on my BMW 3 Series sedan.  The suction cups worked great when it was hot out, they were really hard to get to stick when cold during the winter.  Also you need to be very careful that there is no grit under them when you put them on a painted surface (like a trunk) and they can really scratch up your paint.

When I moved to a Subaru Outback I ended up going with the Rhino Rack T Load, here's a vid I did of it:

I'm better at unloading with it now than what I did in the vid but didn't feel like remaking it :-).

I load my kayaks onto my roof rack from the side of my vehicle, using a towel to protect the vehicle's paint.  See https://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=19202.msg204958#msg204958. It works well, and costs almost nothing, since you can get a towel at a big box store for about $3.00.

If you zoom in on my photos you can see the stinger slides out of the rack and flexes down to touch the hatch on rubber pads and once on it slides back in under the yak, little blurry in the pic with no boat in but you can see it.
