What the heck is it?

I'm pretty sure I've seen kayaks from the Gulf pimped out with pvc tubes running along the bow to store rods in much the same way the ProAngler does.

And they saw bass boats pimped out.. I think what PAL was getting at was not that it was exactly a new development but nice to see it incorporated into the manufacture of the yak itself.
