I'm thinking of going trolling in the Cathlamet area this weekend on the incoming tide. Fish for Chinook or maybe try for sockeye. Has anyone been out lately  or is the river still too high and debris filled to go in my kayak? Thanks for any input.

Never even thought a kayak fishing the lower Columbia River but it sure sounds fun. Maybe if I lived a Little closer I probably be all over it.
