KOKATAT Warranty - WOW

So I had a small issue with my 9 year old KOKATAT Drysuit. It had a small delamination by the zipper about 3 inches long. I sent my drysuit in last month to get it checked over for any small hook holes that I was not aware of. I do that every 3-4 years to check for leaks. They contacted me and said Kokatat is replacing it as a warranty claim.  I really didn't think the zipper was that big of a deal to me.  WOW talk about service. I got a new suit now I need to get some blood on it.

Add me to the list of people Kokatat has taken great care of.  In my case it was a new suit because of a Gore-Tex fabric delam.  The extra cost of the Gore-Tex model was definitely worth it because of the warranty.  I'm going on 15 years since the initial purchase, that's a lot of use.
