Kayak bass angler finally ready to start venturing into other fisheries. I fish out of a Native TitanX at the moment and will be looking to pick up a Native Slayer Max 12.5 for venturing into the salt. Hoping to learn a lot from this forum.

No stranger to the safety aspect of kayak fishing, but I will definitely check out that forum for more tips from experienced anglers. Thanks!

Tillamook bay is a good place to start for salt water fishing. It lets you get your gear and techniques figured out in a slightly protected environment before jumping in the big blue.

Good to know! I live real close to Puget Sound, so that is likely where I will start. Then will look towards Neah Bay to take small steps towards getting there. I will keep note of Tillamook Bay as I start venturing out.
