Howdy everyone,

I'm (relatively) new to the PNW, retired here about three years ago. I've been solo kayak fishing primarily in MA13, but also crabbing some in the Hood Canal, Tacoma and Gig Harbor areas.  I'm not real thrilled about being on the water alone, so I am really interested in finding buddies to fish with when the weather warms up a bit.

Winters find me midweek skiing at Snoqualmie Summit, although I've been doing some scouting and fishing the local rivers this fall and winter for salmon and steelhead.  I've kayak fished American Lake a little, but not the rivers....need a partner or two to arrange shuttling for river fishing.

Looking forward to hearing from folk on this forum, either in the forum or via email or text!

Welcome Bruce, you could try getting in touch with the Hero's on the Water Nwest chapter in Tacoma. They are a bunch of awesome guys that fish that area quite a bit. They have events that you can attend or volunteer to help out. It's a good way to meet some kayak anglers in the area.
