Found Kayak Equipment (Found owner too!)

Hi there, if you are a kayaker and lost / are missing a piece of equipment there is a chance I may have found it in Puget Sound. Tell me what, where and when you misplaced it and we can coordinate the return to its rightful owner. Sorry for being vague, trying to do the right thing!
