I am now the new owner of a new T13 thanks to the people at Outdoorplay.  Last weekend Alkasazi was going to let me try a boat before I bought one but due to the horrible weather that didn't work out.  So I told my wife I was going to go try some boats at Blue Lake this weekend and she says "just buy the boat already".  After listening to me talk about them for a couple months I think she was sick of it ;D  So Monday I made the call and today it arrived.  After work today I got in about an hour and a half paddle on the Columbia in front of my house, and I couldn't be happier.  Now it's time for the riggin and fishen.

That's a good woman you got there.  Congrats.  But beware - this could cause your office blinds to begin to look like prison bars.  Have fun.

Earning WAF points by driving her nutz.  That's my trick!
Nice to see it works for others too.

I think the rig'n and pimp'n of the T13 is half the fun of owning one.  ;D

Yea whenever I need something new I just gotta make my wife sick of hearing about it >:D  One time I wanted a new pistol so I cut a picture of it out of a magazine put it in a holster and wore it around the house.  A day and a half of that and a new pistol showed up.  Try it ;D

So...shakeout report yet?  Or have you just sat in it in the yard a few times like I did? Nothing wrong with that btw.

Thursday I got off work early and was going to fish but decided one more test paddle to work out the kinks would be prudent.  I did a four hour paddle and really enjoyed it.  Next voyage will be with a pole.
