Any ideas for this coming Monday??? River levels should be up and it's likely to be raining. I was thinking of a few possibilities. 1) exploring the Wilson between Sollie Smith and the bay (tides unfavorable), 2) Multnomah Channel, 3) Willamette around Lake Oswego or Sellwood.

Thoughts? Want to come along?

Depending how much rain the coast gets the wilson may or may not fish.. I would do Mills bridge to sollie smith, much better water and an easy drift too.  I would go with you but I have to work every day next week..  I plan to drift the wilson and the trask ( and hit the ocean if conditions allow) during the week after next (spring break for me).  Hopefully the weather gods don't mess with my plans.

I was hoping to stay within the tidewater as I don't have an effective drift anchor setup. I was thinking of looking for some kayak accessible spot, maybe around the 101 area, to drop in. I guess I could paddle from Memaloose, but that's a navigation hurdle I haven't tried yet.
