Canoe on the Tualatin

Anybody hear about the canoe paddler that needed to be rescued off of the Tualatin last week?  I heard a second hand account that was sparse on details.....

Just curious where it was.  And what exactly happened.....

Haven't heard, but I hope he didn't fall in.
