For this thread, I'm just going to list my SOT stuff, not my hybrid canoe (Native Ultimate 12), which is a different setup, mainly for fly fishing smaller lakes and slower rivers.

yak:         Wilderness Systems Tarpon 140, mango flavored
paddle:     Werner Camano 240 cm
pfd:          Extrasport Solstice
outerwear: O'Neil Mutant 5/4mm surfing wetsuit, with detachable hood
Dan Bailey breathable waders with wading belt, packable wading jacket.
Footwear:   O'Neil Surf Booties, 5mm.   HiTeck(sp?)  water shoes (which I picked up for
less than $12 about 10 years ago from the Sportsman guide catalog, and are
as good as any water shoes selling for 5 times that amount today.
Gloves:       Haven't worn any yet paddling.
Hat:            Gay looking wide-brim kayak hat, by Watership Sports (hey! at least its
Olive Drab!), Cheap black stocking cap, or a gortex baseball hat under the
hood of my wading jacket if its raining.
Fishfinder:     Still shopping, currently stare into depths wearing polaroids.
Polaroids:      Cocoons, in dark amber. These fit over my prescrips.
GPS:             Still shopping, but I'm here now, which is nowhere!
VHF:             Cobra MR HH125, so I don't have to take my larger Atlantis in my yak.
Compass:       Ritchie Dash-mount, with 12v backlighting, self-installed.
Lighting:         Cateye blinking white clip-on.  Cheap waterproof LED headlamp.
Knife:            Need to get a good blunt-point river knife. Currently use a couple of lock-
blade folding, one on a lanyard around my neck, other attached to boat
where I can grab it. Also a long-bladed filet knife, for bait,  and jabbing at
large territorial locals (if necessary) and kept readily at hand in front of
my seat. Good for slashing gills to bleed a freshly strung fish.
Fish mgt:       Wooden bopper, found on river (made from shovel handle), with lanyard.
"The Fish Grip" cheaper plastic lip-gripper, floats, hot-orange, w/lanyard.
Stringer for da big ones, 5-gal bucket for "over-the-shoulder fish-toss."
Last, but not least, a rubber mesh C&R net, to make it easy on those
wildly uncooperative undersized Lings when releasing them.
Rod Holders:   Scotty base forward/center, Harmony flush mount tubes behind seat.
                     These were self-installed.
Anchor:           Home-made from 4# barbell weight plus 2 large axle nuts (for grip).
Line wound on plastic cord-mgr with 50' floating line backing, with 40' of
                      nylon braid to anchor.
Seat:              No complaints about factory WS Tarpon seat. Very dry, comfortable, and
has adjustable thigh support and adjustable backrest height.
Cart:               Wheeleez Beach Cart w/ large urethane wheels.
Gear storage:   Dry bag in forward hatch;  milk crate with rodholder tubes, which holds a
small soft cooler with lunch, liquids, a micro brew, & snacks. The crate
also holds some snap-lid plastic containers with tackle and lures, and
is right behind my seat. Behind that, another soft-cooler is used as a
tackle box, with smaller Plano-style boxes in it.
Into the handy 8" hatch between my knees go a bunch of items: spare
rods, Harmony bilge pump on lanyard, plastic snap-lid containers full
of the tackle, flies, jigs, etc. that I am currently fishing with. Spare
fly reels and spools in ziplock bags, etc. Some of these are tied in.
Other items are just resting on a folded towel, which keeps them from
                       sliding around.
Also need:         Reflective perimeter line, safety light for pfd, new air horn.
Words:             Too many, apparently! Nice the way my margins got all messed up
when I hit the "post" button!
