Considering the ginger didn't completely eliminate my hurling, I only hurled when I was not paying attention to things like horizon, rocks, beach, etc...   Seems I really start to get sick when I look down and fiddle too long with stuff on the yak.  And once I'm done purging, I'm perfectly fine again really quick.  Just need to swig some water, or gatorade.  I'm really hoping that my system will learn to adapt, as I'm not going to let some chummng stop me from fishing in the ocean.  It's too dang fun.

That's not seasick.  Seasick is when, even after you hurl, you're praying for a quick death.  It's when you find yourself staggering or hurling after you're back on dry land.  :-X Now THAT is seasickness.

What you're suffering from can be overcome by simply not focusing on things that are too close for too long.  On my best days I get queezy staring at a knot or fumbling thru my stuff for too long.  Keeping an eye on the horizon allows your brain to rationalize what your inner ear is dealing with.  I've found that I can tie 6 different kinds of knots with just a couple of glances at my hands.

But, like you, I'm not going to let a little thing like seasickness get in the way of all that fun.  ;D

Spot, your right - I don't think I have ever suffered from "seasickness", but more like momentary "motionsickness".  Of which, I'm sure I'll be able to minimize it more eventually once I get the braille system down with tying knots and fiddling about the kayak.

That's why i try to remember to rig up before i go out and have plastics on my jig heads with hooks sharpened and bent sideways a little before i even go out to minimize the looking down at my tying. I am real good at tying braille on mono but with power pro,  i have to look down a little more, it's not quite as cooperative as mono.
See ya on the water..
