ANyone with thoughts or experience with these yaks?  Looks good to me.  I haven't looked at the specs, but it looks pretty wide.

It's a decent boat, 15' long 31.5" wide, 62 lbs.

Here's some more info from the company.

I paddle one. It's a great big guys boat. It's HUGE. Lots of storage and ridiculously stable (primary and secondary ::) ) It sits on top of the water like a surfboard. Takes a bit of ummph to get it going, but it slides along nicely once started. It's kinda wide, but I can straddle it (I'm 5'10"). It weighs a gigaton after you've been paddling (actually it weighs 62 lbs, it just feels like a gigaton), but it fishes very well.
One oddity that has its ups and downs is that the hull has a foam layer. It makes it MUCH harder to sink. It also makes it much harder for a fishfinder to shoot though. Easily remedied by removing the foam layer where you mount the transducer though.

I've paddled one (the one FFTW is paddling now). It was originally bought by a friend, down in San Diego. I'm under the impression they're pretty popular, down there.

I liked the storage, which was designed before OK came out with the Rodpod. It seemed like a good flatwater boat, to me. It's got a different shape than most boats with most of the shape of the bow being very far forward, almost like a tanker. Made me wonder how it would do in surf, though I never got a good chance to try it.

Yeah, they're really popular down in SD. I've paddled one and I really liked it. At the shop I worked at, when it was just Malibu yaks, that and the x-factor where the best selling fishing yaks. The people who wanted a faster, more sleek design went with the extreme and the people who wanted a bigger, more stable versitle boat went with the x-factor.
There have been some recent updates to the design as of '07 or '08 I think. They did away with the foam lining on the inside and added grooves to the underside to improve tracking and help the bottom keep it's shape.
From what people have told me, it's great for punching through the surf because it is so long. It also has a low profile design so it doesn't catch a lot of wind on the sides and the profile also minimizes hull slap from wind waves. It has TONS of deck space for mounting options. And yes, it is quite heavy!
